Appointments & Cancellations – Appointments are recommended, but not always necessary.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we would be grateful of at least 48 hours notice.
Unfortunately with less than 24 hours notice or an appointment not kept, we would have no alternative but to make a 50% charge.

Pre-payment is regarded as a MoneySaver.
If you miss your appointment, you will lose your pre-paid money, it cannot be carried over to your next appointment.

Poppies Recommend A Friend – Introduce a friend and receive 20% off your next treatment.

MoneySavers Are invalid when there are offers or promotions on treatments.
