Tanning liquid is airbrushed over all, or selected parts of the body and the full depth of the tan develops over 4 to 5 hours, this tan can last up to 10 days.

DO exfoliate, shave or wax and moisturise the night before your application, NOT on the day.
DO wear loose, dark clothing. The colour guide may rub off onto fabrics but will wash out (it can still stain some nylon and lycra).
DO remove make-up, moisturiser, perfume and deodorant before your application.
DON'T wear soft contact lenses during you session.
DON'T use tan if you are pregnant or breast-feeding (as a precaution).
DON'T tint eyebrows or eyelashes within 12 hours of a treatment.

Leave your tan on for at least 12 hours, and overnight if possible, before showering or taking a bath.
This gives your tan a chance to develop fully.
Avoid strenuous exercise, as sweating can inhibit the development of your tan.
It is advised that you wait at least 5 hours before doing anything that may make you perspire.
Avoid wearing socks or shoes after your tanning session, as again sweating can inhibit the development of your tan.
Sandals are a good choice.
Avoid applying moisturiser or deodorants.
Avoid wearing tight clothing for at least 5 hours.

St. Tropez self tanning lotion is great if you want that holiday tan with no streaks and no orange colour.
Your body is exfoliated and the St. Tropez tan is applied and should be left for at least 4 hours.
The longer you leave it the darker the finished result.
The guide colour may look streaky but will be buffed and when finally showered off you will be left with a smooth healthy glow!
